I am a new Creature in Christ, my Lord and Savior. I am a child of God, the righteousness of Christ, who strengthens me. I am saved forever by the grace of God through faith, forgiven, accepted. I am beloved of God, a servant of the Most High. I am a new creature, dead to sin, alive to God. I walk in the newness of life, baptized into Christ Jesus, the temple of the Holy Spirit. I am clothed with Christ, holy and blameless. I am at peace with God. I am a born-again partaker of the divine nature empowered by God. I have been given authority over Satan and all of his attacks I cast down. I am one in Jesus, the body of Christ seated in heaven. I am a citizen, a royal priesthood. I am a vessel of honor, the salt of the earth and the light of the world. I am a soldier of Christ, a fisher of men, a minister of reconciliation. I am a blessed, victorious, prosperous child of God.
I am a Godly Man
I choose to walk in honor, integrity, and character. I choose to do what is right, not because it makes me look good to others, but because it is right. I choose to do what is moral, not because I want to impress God, but because I want to serve God. I choose to love my neighbor as myself, not because I want him to love me back, but because God said so. I choose to follow Christ, not because I’m trying to earn my way into Heaven, but because I love God. I love God with all my heart and soul and mind and strength. He guides me in all my ways. I ask Him for wisdom and He freely gives it to me. He restores my soul. He is my glory and the lifter of my head. I am the head and not the tail. I live a victorious life because I am a Godly Man.
For Husbands I love my wife even as Christ loved the church and gave Himself for her, having sanctified and cleansed her. I love her as I love my own body, for in loving my wife I love myself. I lay down my selfishness for her in a sacrificial and unconditional love for her. I am faithful to her, to our vows and to God. I serve my wife and lift her up. I honor her, cherish her, and am faithful only unto her. She is my companion and she is my helper. I show her respect and defend her dignity. I am patient with her and lead her with tenderness. I do not deal treacherously with her, but with kindness and compassion. I am a Godly husband.
For Fathers I live a Godly life before my children. They know that I fear the Lord and seek to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. I do not provoke my children to wrath. I provide for my children what God has instructed me to give them. I do not hinder my children from following Christ. I honor my children by being kind and respectful to their mother. I show my children how they are to conduct themselves by the way I live my own life. I am a Godly father.
I am a Godly Woman
I am a proverbs 31 woman of God. I am a virtuous woman. My price is far above rubies. I set about my work vigorously; my arms are strong for my tasks. I open my arms to the poor and extend my hands to the needy. I do not walk in fear. I am clothed with strength and dignity. I smile at my future. I speak with wisdom and teach kindness. Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, but I am a woman who fears the Lord and shall be praised for my works. I am a Godly woman.
For Wives
I am a proverbs 31 wife. I am an excellent wife. The heart of my husband trusts in me and he lacks nothing of value. My husband is known and respected in the gates, were he sits among the elders. My husband arises and calls me blessed, he praises me saying, “Many daughters have done virtuously, but you excel them all.” I respect my husband, honor him and esteem him. I defer to my husband praises and love. I admire my husband exceedingly and am faithful only unto him. I am a Godly wife.
For Mothers
I am a proverbs 31 mother. I look well to the ways of my household and do not eat the bread of idleness. My children arise and call me blessed. I do not spare the rod of correction to drive out folly, for I love my children. I dedicate my children to train them in the way that they should go, knowing that when they mature they will not depart from it. I walk in virtue and honor before my children as an example of how they should be. As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord. I am a Godly mother.
